M= Great! Did you bring your original receipt with you? (she hands it to me) Unfortunately ma'am you are past your first 30 days and I am not able to do an exchange past that.
C= So you arent going to help me?
M= I might be able to get you into a used KRZR but I cannot exchange it at this point for new.
C= Thanks for nothing! (leaves)
