Potential new USCC employee... help
Hey guys and Gals,
Im in New England..and I am currently in the interveiw process for a RWC at US Cellular. The commision structure has been explained to me but the numbers dont seem to add up. Everyone is telling me I'll make good money at USC but Im worried. I think they are going to offer me 9.00 plus commission. One woman on here said she made $3,000 in commission alone! Is that even possible. I guess what I need to know is what kind of money are people making and are u happy as an RWC? The store I applied to is supposedly a busy store. I just need reassurance that the money is there and RWC's arent starving to death. Im a single woman but still have a mountain of student loan debt LOL...

Just so you know, anyone who can answer your question and does could get fired. I don't know the answer. Sorry.

Yeah... People usually lie about how much they make out of pride, people say it's busy to get you in there, you at least know you don't go in there often.... The question is not how much she makes, it is how long she has been there. The deeper you are in us cellulars coverage area the better off you will be. But it is all up to you.

🙂 Hello! My family owns and operates 4 US Cellular stores and i wanted to say that it is true that you can make that much. You just have to WANT to sell. If you don't want to sell, you will never see that much. I think it is a very very good job opportunity that you should consider. If you have any questions about any thing just email me or ask!

Despite what you may read on this forum by disgruntled former employees, USC is a great company to work for. And every disgruntled employee never has any fault in what cause them to be unhappy 🙄 Keep in mind every company has its issues, but I truly feel this company works just as hard for its employees as it does for its customers. I may be a little jaded because I work for an agent and have an amazing support team! But we work closely with USC reps and it always good.
Just be relaistic in the beginning, you arent gonna make buckets of cash for the first few months maybe even 6 months. You need to network, network, network! Its a challenging job with different situations every day! I love it! $9 plus commission sound good, ni...

I TOTALY Agree!!!! The way it works in my market is our retail stores are the busy stores and our agent locations i work for are a little bit slower. I have made the following commission checks the last 5 months and i have no reason to lie about the amounts. Hope this helps you.
