I recently got a SLVR from U.S. Cellular. I bought a USB cord from Radioshack to connect it to my computer. I then found out it doesn't work for USC. Anyone know how to hook up my SLVR to my computer? Thanks for any help.

What are you trying to do by hooking it up to your pc? The answer depends on what you want, moto phone tools is the best I can give you without specifics. If you are trying to get music on it, you need a transflash card and a card reader. The slvr doesnt have enough internal memory to handle too many songs.

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to take advantage of the mp3 player and add some ringtones. Will moto tools work for USC phones or do you think the card is the way to go?

The micro sd card is the way to go with a card reader from bby or cc because mobile phone tools v4.0 does not support our model slvr for some reason. I do not think that it has to do with it being a uscc phone, but rather the model number of the phone. Hope this helps you out. Good luck!!
