has been a giant pain in the patootie from the agent level....it seems like many people can't grasp the concept of TRacker pack...while it is supposed to save money people are blowoing through their minutes way b4 their cycle date, and trying to renew their pack minutes early...anyone else have any horror stories??? 👿

It's a pain in the you know what if you ask me. It's an education issue, but customers just don't listen. On an agent level as well, the call-in activations and the call-in to get any information really ties our hands. I agree, one big pain.
