help me with my krzr!!
This is so sad (I work for this company)
I, for the life of me, can't figure out how to get my krzr to auto clean-up my inbox for my text messages. I set it up in the message settings, but sure enough, when my inbox is full its says "message waiting, delete old messages". I do this, then I never receive the message.... This is so frustrating. Is there a trick to this, or is there something wrong with my phone?

Sounds like a s/w issue. The new Krzrs we are coming with the s/w update sticker on them, so that is one possibility.

Go to messages - then go to options - then inbox setup - Auto Cleanup is the third one down.
