I still can't figure out how to do this on my PC, anyone? Oh btw go to google and get the free dowload of google maps, the GPS tracking is disabled, unless you have a bluetooth moto GPS locator device which cost extra. But other than that it is sweet. I LOVE THIS PHONE, so far.

Using your phone as a tethered modem is not a supported function or allowed. USCC monitors this closely and will pull your data access or suspend your account immediately if they find this happening.

I highly do not recommend this.

Then its a good thing they give you the software to do it on the ActiveSync disk you get in the box and my AAE didn't say anything about me not doing it.

Its under the "TETHERED MODEM POLICY" under...
Products/Services -> EasyEdge -> Teathered Modem Policy.

Although this policy specifically states the use of EasyEdge data service, it is also enforced the same if a customer has a smart phone with a data plan.

Manufacturer provided? That would be the good questions.

My Kyocera 7135 had the software included also, but no data at all was supported on that phone.
