Where do you get your information? At some point you need to realize your mamager is blowing smoke to give you a false sence of pride in what you sell. The only thing US CEllular is leading the industry in is Charge Backs. Let See 8 quarters in a row. FYI a charge back is considered Churn. I can remember a qurter in 2005 in the indiana market when the the gross profit was a mere $90,000 and charge backs were a record 1.5 million! Sounds a a solid reliable company to me.

Are you a Moto fan? I think the new razr is very nice and i'm not a razr person at all. So I think Moto is getting better and I can see the razr 2 being a hot phone. I know that we have one of the best prices on the phone right now but I still think it is pretty steap! So if you really like that phone you might want to wait until the prices drops.

There are other Moto's coming out and some Samsungs too. I really like LG but we really haven't received any cool ones from them lately. Hope that helps!

I'll have to say 9 times out of 10 when a customer comes in they want a Moto. The Moto Rokr Z6M and W385 are coming out fairly soon I hope. You know how that goes! I think the W385 should do pretty well, it has the razr look without the razr price!

the new plans from verion and at&t offer unlimited text to anyone on any network. verizon's plan include unlimited text pic video and their data services. US cellular 9.95 for ee then 14.95 for unlimited text then its 10.95 for 100 pics... us cell needs to redo their packages and come up with something that includes text pics and data for one price..

did you also happen to notice how many minutes they have to sacrafice for that right to txt, pix and video for free?

And just like with alltel's 10 thingy you have to get one of there higher tier plans to qualify...... do you research first buddy!

Look a little closer at those plans its NOT FREE!!!!!! you are giving up minutes for those plans therefore you are paying for those messages, its a nice sales gimmick though I agree. You can get the same amount of minutes through verizon for like $30 cheaper if you opt out of the unlimited messaging plans or premium plans as verizon calls th...

The USCC RAZR2 is the cheapest RAZR2 out yet. And unlike Verizon and Sprint, it doesn't run the crappy UI that they put on it, it runs the Moto UI.

the thing i hate about all moto is you cant do anything with them. lg lets you change things have different pics on front and main lcd. moto you pick a pic thats what you get on front and main lcd.

ill give you the answer us cell is not coming out with anything new thats worth waiting on the only phone that is good comeing out is the motorokr and maybe the lg ux380 others are cheap looking some dont even have ext caller id. just look at what the other companies are getting rid of thats whats coming to us cell...

Ok I get your point. And yes you are right about the phone situation for the most part. I'm hoping this will change, things have gotten better over the years. I think its really awesome though older phones and all that our service is rock solid. That is one thing we don't have to worry about.

well i don't know my store they put in a booster so the service would look stronger in the area its hard to sell when you only had one or two bars in a us cell store. in our area you can be driving and you will just drop your call and start roaming and get better service roaming. what is funny just now as i am writing this a customer came in on a wide area plan an needed to change to a Nat plan because everywhere he goes in the area here he is roaming. i can say it really does make me mad when I'm driving down the road and drop my call and start roaming. What is funny is when i have a conference call and get cut off and have to call back in and say sry lost service.

Well that does stink...What area are you in? It must be a borderline area from what you are describing. I'm in Market 1 and here you can go in the middle of the boonies have service still. I guess that is how i'm so blown away by what you are experiencing.
