Pairing

I'm trying to pair two bluetooth phones together and I've tried everything for the pin on one of the phones and nothing works. The first phone takes the last four of the phone number the second won't take zeros, 1234, or the last four of the phone number. Any ideas on what this could be?

Thanks

Here's the number for Moto tech support. 1-800-657-7576. Did you make sure both Bluetooth devices are enabled and visible?

Thanks for the number. Yep everything goes great until it asks for the pin number on the Motorola. I just got off the phone with them and they said 0000 too but its not working. When my customers are gone i'll call Moto again. Thanks for your help.

What are you trying to send between phones. If it is a picture or ringtone and you try to copy or move it from the Media Gallery and the other phone is in discoverable mode you shouldnt need a pin. It will just ask if it is ok to recieve incoming transmission. I am an RWC at a corporate store and do it that way with phones all day.
