check cnets download.com i used media cell not sure what the q format looks like but i have used the psp format and it was pretty good and compressed a movie to 166mb. Dont forget tcpmp either it seem smoother than windows media you may have to search everythingq.com for the right audio codec though, i believe its not included in the plugins for copyright reasons but its not hard to find.
