Was the launch delayed for this phone , thought it was due to launch today?

it was supposed to launch on the 28th, however some stores in the east region did not receive their inventory, so it has been delayed to the 2nd of april.
...
They had 2 at the store in Moline, IL and I got the last one đ . Just haven't had a lot of time to play with it. Other than having to put all my phone numbers into it myself âšī¸ . They said that they didn't have the software to transfer them from my Razr v3c to it. That's alright I cleared a bunch out.
