🙂 First off I have seen on many of these threads where you step in and say .. If you work for us cellular you know it is wrong to ........ blah blah blah ...
Since you guys say you read these and see what all the us cell customers are saying then answer me this .. WHEN WILL YOU GET IT !???
The customers want more !!!! I understand and I am glad you as a company take so much time to test the products that you are thinking of offering , but you guys need to wake up. We want more of a variety of phones ... that is the #1 complaint !!!
Also I don't understand all the bull about not letting your customers know what phones are coming out . I see why you would not want the public to know when it is still being tested but once that is done and ...

👀 Good luck with AT&T, great phones, horrible network to back it up (depending on where you live). The use the older technology (GSM), which AT&T and TMobile are the only two companies i know of that use that network. All other carriers, that are in the midwest anyway, use CDMA. Just don't expect U.S. Cellular to pay your ETF at AT&T to come back.....won't happen.

Wow All4UsCell get your facts straight. Just so you know U.S. Cell is losing a lot of ground in Wisconsin to ATT and the other big dogs. This is there #1 state with over 1 million customers. If iPhone didn't work anywhere but major cities ppl wouldn't buy it. Don't worry no one will be coming back so you won't have to worry about refunding ETF's The iPhone must be more than just an oversized paper weight. God ur dumb.

If Verizon Wireless doesn't try to gobble them up, like they're doing with Alltel. It's only a matter of time before they're history. Too bad USCC & Alltel didn't merge. I think those 2 would have been a better pair.

The selection of phones for U.S. Cellular is steadily improving, compared to the amount and variety of what was offered last year this time. Like any company, it takes time to grow and improve. U.S. Cellular is a much smaller wireless provider than AT$T and does not yet have the ability to compete with the amount of phones they offer. Like the home coverage area, other areas within U.S. Cellular are growing, but not at such a rate to compromise quality and excellent customer service.

Ask any rep and they will encourage you to try out AT&T. Coverage and customer service by far make up for U.S. Cell's phone selection. What good is the iPhone if you can only use it in certain areas? It's just an overpriced paper weight. Make sure you ...
