obviously you didn't know anything either thats why you asked. You got the correct answer for the info you gave. The normal policy is 18 mo from contract date. If you buy a used phone mid contract it will not effect the date for a new phone. The previous poster must not have seen that. You don't need to get pissy we are just here to help!!!
