Why are all of USCC phones so big and heavy. I like the service but hate having to use a backpack to carry my phone around. ☚ī¸

USCC does not have even 1 phone under 3 ounces. Anything over 3 ounces is big these days.

Competition is wonderful thing if a co's employee's are willing to look ouside their silver box once in a while. Sprint, Verizon, Cingular, Suncom (those are a couple of your competitors) are offering are variey of ultra light handsets. Smaller may not be better, but extra small or extra large (look at the SUV's today) sell like crazy.

Be careful what you knock 'cause that pipsqueak customer may just leave USCC to get that lighter handset. đŸ˜ŗ
