Hi, I have a LG UX-260(the scoop) in white with USCC. It messed up, so I had to take it to USCC and have them fix it. Well, they couldn't fix it, so they had to send it to LG, and let them fix the problem. Well they gave me a loaner, and it's a piece of crap, the screen just goes black and won't come back on. Anyhow, does anyone know when my phone will be back, I've called 611, and all they say is it's out of their hands. I've had this loaner 6 weeks now, and I'm about ready just to use my insurance, and get myself a new one if USCC doesn't hurry up and send me my phone back. Can anyone help me call like a different number to see if I can get another phone, or what? Will USCC let me use my insurance if I decide to, if my phones not back so...

If the loaner is craping out take it back and get another one.

if you had a service center or company owned location send it in they should be able to track it at NRC. LG has been replacing those with new units lately too.

Insurance wont replace it if it is under warranty unless there was an incident that made it stop working

It can take up to 10 weeks for a phone to come back sometimes. I would take your loaner back and get another or better yet, have them activate another phone you have or a phone that a friend would let you borrow.

it could take 8-10 weeks

remeber US Cellular is nice to give you a loner most companies laugh when you ask for a loaner.

insurance: you cant claim it since they know it is in repair

sorry
