Happy with U.S. Cellualar Customer Service

I did a major add on to my family plan.
Added son , added a blackberry Rurve.

Got my first bill with a $2000 charge.

After the lights came back on I went to my rep she called and had it all fixed in less then ten minutes.

Yes, they screwed up.
Yes, she was just doing her job fixing it but,
it was fixed fast and not enough is said when things go right.
