Okay lets get down to it, I hate when i see the prepay customer come into my store on their cycle day to pay their bill and they dont know how much their bill is. Hello its PREPAY!!! You you pay the same thing every month!! How hard is it to dial #369, You will hear your negative balance then you can let me know what you wanna pay! The other day i sold a prepay customer the unlimited calling plan for 65 dollars, Before she left the store she asked me what time do my nights start? WTF.
