Horrible service!

So i have a loaner phone and my replacement was sent today and some how they activated the phone on the way to my house and deactivated my loaner phone so now im sitting here with a useless phone. And when i call them they tell me that im wrong and start yelling at me am i not the customer? Oh and when i asked them what was my incentive for staying with them they said because you cant break your contract. And some other lady tried to buy me off with 10 free picture messages this month. This is the worst phone company ever! stay away! and all the phones have program errors and dont work and they dont fix them so im warning you STAY AWAY!

Wow, I can't believe we would do that to you 😕 . Did you get this issue resolved? When you said you called them, do you mean you called our store? You can also call customer service and we can activate the loaner phone for you (as long as it is the same number). We're open from 6am to 11pm central.

I'm not sure why we would tell you that you are not our customer unless somehow we were getting your number wrong and we couldn't pull up your account. That's still our fault, I would be really upset too... let me know if there is anything else we can do to help.

i called the store 3 times and customer service twice becuase they said they had re activated it and guess what its still doesnt work and they told me at about 11pm last night the only thing they can do is have me come to the store. I am a very busy person and dont have time to get to the store so how am i supposed to have a productive day? my whole day is off becuase of u.s. cellular i really wish i would have went with verizon.

I wish I was at work right now so I could do something more but I am off today. I would hate to see that it's just something really simple that we're missing, but if we are telling you to go to our store then maybe there's a reason for it. If you still want to talk about it tomorrow just send me a private message and I can tell you how to contact me at work.

Thanks for the warning. I have 5 Lines and I was going to port them over to US Cellular. I have Sprint and hate it. I am going to port to AT&T now. Thank You.

First Of all there is no excuse if you are correct for ANYONE to be mean or yell at a customer over the phone.

Second US Cellular is the ONLY ONLY company that even gives a loaner phone. My mom has At&t and she has been without a phone for over a week at a time for hers to get a programing glitch fixed.

I get mad at people when they get mad at a carrier for a problem with a phone. It is not our fault you have a bad phone it is only our fault if you have a bad experiance getting it taken care of. We carry the same phones as sprint and verizon and similar then at&t. Every carrier has software and hardware issues. (Just ask iphone users and any tech for any carrier)

Got my lines moved to AT&T. Best move i have made. Most of the Phones were free. They were so nice and answered all of my questions. The Service is so much better then Sprint was. AT&T MORE BARS IN MORE PLACES!!!!!!!!

If you actually believe the "More bars in more places" then you're really smoking some good stuff. I can tell you from experience that in Tennessee if you get more than a few miles from the interstate you're lucky to get any signal at all much less a spotty one that drops calls...

AT&T doesn't worl in northern Wisconsin either. The only service that works well is US Cellular. I don't think CS yelled either. Their calls are monitored at random and yelling at a customer could cost them their job.

Wow smart move...you took the word of some crack pot on the internet to decide which company to go with...did you miss the posts by all the other people talking about how great US Cellular is? BTW everyone has free phones and there is usually a reason they are free...because they are crap. Nothing like a customer who comes in griping that we sold him a piece of crap phone when he chose to get the free one as apposed to spending $50 -80 on something with a little quality.
