Horrible service!
I'm not sure why we would tell you that you are not our customer unless somehow we were getting your number wrong and we couldn't pull up your account. That's still our fault, I would be really upset too... let me know if there is anything else we can do to help.
Second US Cellular is the ONLY ONLY company that even gives a loaner phone. My mom has At&t and she has been without a phone for over a week at a time for hers to get a programing glitch fixed.
I get mad at people when they get mad at a carrier for a problem with a phone. It is not our fault you have a bad phone it is only our fault if you have a bad experiance getting it taken care of. We carry the same phones as sprint and verizon and similar then at&t. Every carrier has software and hardware issues. (Just ask iphone users and any tech for any carrier)

Wow smart move...you took the word of some crack pot on the internet to decide which company to go with...did you miss the posts by all the other people talking about how great US Cellular is? BTW everyone has free phones and there is usually a reason they are free...because they are crap. Nothing like a customer who comes in griping that we sold him a piece of crap phone when he chose to get the free one as apposed to spending $50 -80 on something with a little quality.
