sounds like a programing issue. Did you just upgrade your phone? have you made any plan changes recently?

what kind of phone is it? where are you when you recieve the text messages? how long have you had the phone?

either take it to a store or call customer service from a different phone and have them perform a "resend to switch" that might alleviate the issue. if not, look into sending the phone off to be checked out by a NRC technician.

My suggestion would be to go to your closest USCC location and have a sales rep take a look at your phone.
There could be a number of things that could cause this, and they could better assess your issue by being able to physically take a look at your phone.

Good luck! 🙂

It does sound like programming but could also be a number of things.

make sure you are not in roaming when updating your phone and do not update it all the time. Once every 2 or 3 months is plenty.

The other problems I do not have a solution for other than it probably does need re-programming... but if you ever think you should be recieving texts and you are not, send a text message to yourself and it should bring them all in. Sometimes they get stuck at the tower and need a little push.

If all else fails, send to NRC
