Millions? That's a bit of an blown up.

Why customers would want to leave to get a phone that has problems with a carrier that doesn't have them in mind beats me.

Why leave to get a phone that has problems, get poor signal for the little amount of coverage they provide, and pay more for the price plans? Just to be the first one that has the phone? So you can be the person who gets the phone fist and has to be the first to put up with all the problems it has? So you can be the person who signs a contract to get the phone that doesn't work, or give you signal? Now you are in a contract that you have to pay to get out of cuase nothing works right. Why would anyone want to do that?
