Attention USCC. Start paying attention to what the PEOPLE are saying. Don't give us a piece if zhit like the 6100 with so many side buttons it'll double as a pair of pants.

USCC does not manufactuer the phones. They provide service.

You are right, the buttons on the side can be a pain for some people. Just don't blame a company that doesn't have anything to do with how the phone is produced. Start letting Motorola, Audiovox, Kyocera, LG, Samsung, etc know what you are looking for in a phone. USCC just purchases the phones from them.

The next thing I am sure the disscusion will be is buy the phones that are that way. But here is the thing there. The manufactuer only makes specific phones for each companies technology. And they will only sell certain phones to that company because the cell company may not buy in bulk.

It is actually a nice phone with alot of cool features. The side buttons are not sensitive at all. I used this phone all day today and really like it. I broke my Nokia 6585 and had to buy a new phone. Paying the retail price sucked, but I needed a phone. I was a little dissappointed when I was told I would not get a 30 day in store warranty on the phone, because I did not purchase it with a new plan. They told me I would have to deal with LG if I had any problems. Does this sound fair? 😢

The policy here on the West coast is as long as you have the proof-of-purchase the retail store can send it in for you. May want to ask the retail location if that is their same policy.
