Thanks for your response, but the ppl at USCC told me it WILL work out for me. I take out a month-by-month contract now. 1000 anytime minutes for $39.99. Then, in 5 or 6 years when USCC gets the V815 I can start a new 2-year contract with them. I am currently not under contract with USCC. Thanks again.

Now that you clearly stated that you are not under a contract... yeah, you're right. If you are not under a contract... Of course you can keep on using your current phone until you decide to get a new contract, then you'll get a discount.
