Easy Edge Problems
Im trying to use easy edge to download a few games onto my phone since they didnt feel like putting any on the v710 to begin with, but i have a problem. Every time i try to connect to easy edge it comes up with a message that says "Unable to retrieve catalog. Please try again later. (534)" I was wondering if there were any settings that could be wrong but i know that it works in this area because my mothers SoHo works fine with it

Calling 611 would be the quickest fix. You probably don't have any easyedge package on your phone. If you do, there would be some data setting issuses in your phone which CS would have to walk you through or someone at a store could do it.

having them add a EE package should work. You will need to power your phone of then on to make it update. If that still does not work, I would stop in to a store. Might have got provisoned(sp) wrong.
