Question for everyone.
Is everyones quota the same? I work in a store. I need to make a certain number on a lot of things. EE, verticals, activations. Just wondering if everyone is the same. Or if they have the same quota as retial does.

we don't really have a quota- USCC does have a monthly goal for us for new activations though

I'm at an agent store and the store as a whole has a quota to make, we don't have a quota for EE. We have quotas on the other stuff though. If a rep gets so many contracts, then they get a bonus depending on how well the store did towards it's quota.

We at least have to hit 85% easyedge on all new activations and upgrades but I am not sure what the quota is on actual phone sales.
