MMC maximum size

Im waiting to get this from USC, im sick of waiting, i have a vx4400 that is basicly dead... but, what is the largest mmc card that you have put in your phone. I would like to put 512 in there???

I think it may depend on the phone and what it supports. But I've had a 1g card in an MPX200 before.
