It's so weird, I've had 3 people come in to me in the last couple of days and their phones all say "No Service". Now someone on the forum said something big was going down in May, is USC working on it now and maybe some people are just getting glitches? Anyone else having issues like this lately?

Where are you located? What were they referring to with what is going down? Was it signal, phones, ect?

I haven't had any phones say no signal though. If they do, the customer dropped it in water, and they will tell me they did, instead of lie to me about it.

I'm in Southern Oregon. No one on the forum said what it was, just kinda talking around it.

The phones that come to me have no damage to them that I've noticed. Their phones just suddenly say "No Service" on the top of the screen. Just pull out the battery. Wonderful method of troubleshooting 😁

One downside of CDMA is that the network "localizes" when the traffic gets heavy meaning the footprint gets smaller. (for you GSM trollers out there by the time this happens GSM is totally non-functional and blocking every call and dropping the rest) May I assume you are in Klamath Falls? If so we have had that going on because the network is very busy. This is for many reasons, not the least of them being the fact that Tracfone, Verizon and Sprint customers use the USCC network as well as the USCC customer base.
Many people in Klamath Falls are driving to Alturas, CA and Eugene, OR to get Verizon. This is not just a few people. We are constantly helping Verizon customers in our store. People in the basin want to deal with a Tier 1 carrier...
