why does it keep turning off??? if i dont use it or have it plugged up it will turn off and only way to power on is to pull the battery out

Sounds like there is something wrong with your phone. Get it into a store near you and if we cant fix it we can get it replace under the warranty throught data tech. The warranty replacement will only be honored if there is no physical or liquid damage.
