6255i at Alltel on Thursday
If Alltel gets it Thursday, as it says in their forum, and USCC doesn't, I'm an Alltel customer. I hope USCC gets it Thursday, but I'm sick of waiting. Besides, Alltel has a nice Nationwide plan too.

USCC is advertising it on tv now, saw the ad last night. It is an ad for the phone only, at the end it says "Coming soon to US Cellular". I'll wait until I can afford it, under contract right now for another year. As far as Alltel goes, I tried them here in WI for the 15 day trial. Let's put it this way, 2 days of the 15 was long enough to take it back. And then had to fight tooth and nail with them to get them to take it back. Then had to fight with CS for another 2 months to get the bill straighted out. USCC works everywhere I go and it works as advertised.

I have to say as a US Cellular customer and employee that US Cellular, even though they are not in they size tier as Verizon or Cingular wireless, definitely has the best coverage and the best plans out there by far...try getting coverage in the middle of nowhere with the other carriers, you'll be talking to yourself instead of the person at the other end of the line!
