what is the unlock code for the nokia 6019 i am trying to reset the phone back to factory setting how do i do it

i have had to throw away too many nokias because of security codes and spc codes that i couldnt use, the lock key lookup didnt even give me a valid spc... sorry. was it pre-owned? because 12345 worked on mine out of the box

under security settings and access codes try to change it from 12345 to something else, but i think that may change your programming forumla, i dont know. i thought that was the reason it was in there like that. when i do that in my phone it tells me to put the new one in
