trust me, ive been in the cell phone business for about nine years.. Motorola makes some of the worst phones ive ever seen.. for instance.. the RAZR that phone is the biggest mistake ever!!! The software is sluggish and glitchy.. My old Atari runs better; The V300/330/551.. That phone is complicated and also sluggish, impossible to manuever.. and whats the 262/265/266 those phones!! yikes.. and motorola has this problem with the outside keys.. if your phone is closed the keys on the outside should be locked!!! MOTO SUCKS ASS!!

If Moto sucks ass, then I'd hafta say that LG sucks the hemorrhoids on stated ass.

I think that Moto sucks for those who don't know how to use them. I field questions all day about motos from people who can't read a manual. I have the 710 and I love this phone, but then again I can read a manual.

I see two new phones are listed as slated for USCC. A Moto and a Kyo. Looks like they are replacements for the V262 or V265 and SOHO
I like the new v323 and it has MP3 ringtones!
My moto is in need of replacement as I have a static problem with it- had it almost a year now. I can't plame MOTO for that though as I ran over the phone with my car and it hasn't been the same since.

It is all personal experience for the most part when someone does not like a phone, but i can say i have had to send more phones back to motorola than every company combined, and that includes the 3100 and 5550 from LG which makes them second.
