How come on USCC's web site teh same phone is different prices in different markets?
One market a phone is $39.95 with $30 rebate. Net $9.95 COST
In another teh phone is 1 penny and I still get the $30 rebate. I am PAID (that's PAID) $29.99 to take the phone.

You would not get the $30 rebate unless you paid $29.95 or more for the phone

Well you got a mail in rebate. When they see you didn't pay more than $30 for it, they won't send you back anything. So you really won't get PAID anything.
