Hey Tech-Guy,....you seem to be knowledgeable. What's your guesstimate on release dates for Razr and V323. Or, if you don't wanna hazzard a guess on the release dates, have you heard anything about either/both of these phones? Thx.

I havn't really heard anything on the 323 it looks good though. an updated nicer version of the 266/265. The razr seems to be nice with the exception of rumors of poor battery life. For the money i would still buy the 710 over the razr. Unless you want that ultra thin design the 710 seems a little more sturdy. Except if your me and drop them in tubs full of water....

I've owned a 710 and I've used a Razr for a day. I like the Razr better -- personal preference. But I wish there was some info on release dates for Razr and V323. Don't want it to turn into another 6255i nightmare.

I hear that, ive worked for uscc for almost 8 years and it has always been the same. In their defense however very few phones have slipped through the cracks and came out bad. Our testing is considerably longer than that of our competitors. Something I have heard repeated throughout the company has been, "maybe not first to market, but always best to market" take it for what its worth. The Razr rumor mill has it will be here before christmas for sure. This is a phone that a lot of people have eben asking for.... it will be a great seller I dread having to take it apart though....

I havent heard any real word on that one way or the other. It seems to me taht it failed the initial testing and then after whatever failed was fixed it had to start all over again from scratch. Nokia I think had some brew issues at some point. Unfortunately Nokia is a bigger gsm/tdma supplier than cdma.
