Customer calls in and says " Is this US Cingular "? WTF Man! I like this one too.... " Yeah is this US Cellica "? Sorry I just got one of these phone calls and I couldn't resist!

That happens VERY frequently! They'll even come in to the store to pay their "US Cingular" bill. Sigh.

What you need to ask is who is winning the marketing battle? In the=is case I believe it is Cingular. ☹️
