P3 SUCKS!!

So yeah, whats up with the worst holiday promotion US Cellular has ever run? I just don't get it. This is the same promo we've had for the entire year AND ITS GETTING OLD!! 🙄

So then we have the same line up of phones we had last Christmas except a few random junk phones and the Nokia 6255, all of which are severly overpriced for the crappy quality that they are. $50 for a Milan; are you joking! 🤭

Then on top of that they are trying to rip these customers off by forcing them to sign up for 3 months of easyedge to get $20 back. Anyone adding up these figures should be able to figure out that $50 + $9.95 + $9.95 + $9.95 - $50 = RIP OFF! 😳

I don't see how it's the same promotion that has been offered all year... $9.95 for Sharetalk lines for the life of the plan is a BIG savings, especially on the nationwide plans. There is also the DOUBLE promotion for Unlimited CALL ME and Unlimited Mobile to Mobile, versus the CHOICE promo that has run the rest of this year. I do agree on the easyedge/rebates deal. It leaves no FREE phones for the holiday season, but I can see where the company is going with the concept... it is forcing the sales team to say 'easyedge' to every customer, thus opening the door for more easyedge sales when the customer says, "What is easyedge?" The way I see it, the customer is only really out $9.95 as the extra $20 rebate covers the cost of easyedge for 2...

different markets have different promos...here in iowa we dont have the 9.95 sharetalk lines or the double promo...the newer markets have it a lot better than the older ones.

never heard of that promo either. it may have been an agent thing or something. most likely you were lied to and your not going to receive anything...life sux, doesn't it.

while i will agree with you that us cellular could do better this is the best us cellular has ever offered. But i do think $50 for the milan is a joke, the easyedge thing is crazy and i wonder if it will actually take 4 months now to get a rebate back if people choose that option. but congrats us cellular, we now have no free phones.

The rebate wait time of 10-12 weeks is still the same. When the rebate center receives the rebate form they'll check the customers account ONCE for EasyEdge and then send out the check based on that one peek.

Yeah, I'm not really arguing against the promo, I just think they could improve it a little bit for the busiest season of the year; at least offer waived activation!

As for that free bluetooth for the Nokia, I haven't heard anything about that either, but it still doesn't reverse the fact that the Nokia is ugly anyways. I just hope USCC doesn't ruin the RAZR like they do the rest of their phones by picking the ugliest possible color they can get!

i dread the purchase and eventual sale of any motorola phone because it always leads to a repair and a loaner phone process, sometimes customer screaming.

In case you haven't followed Alejandro's posts, he is extremely anti-Moto. Never mind him. The real world is CHOMPING ON THE BIT to get their hands on the RAZR and/or E815. And the best thing about these top-selling phones is that they're MOTOROLA !!! The best in the business !!!

The fact that they ARE motocrapola phones is what makes them SUCK. Pleasing aesthetics, good industrial design, and good features mean nothing if the phone is about as user friendly as a porcupine with a skin rash. Moto sucks at UI design. The only way i will ever buy a moto phone is if they radically overhaul their UI, or, someone else makes it for them as with the MPx220. Moto's OS is so bad that even a microsoft OS is preferable.

I actually had great reception with my LG. The only phone i've had that had better reception was my last Nokia.

the 6100 doesn't get the best reception, but the lg phones that don't have great reception are all stub antenna phones.

In most markets, the activation fee as well as the equipment change fee is being waived on price plans $49.95 and higher.

no 9.95 ST's
no double promo
only a waived activation fee on sharetalk lines with a primary line 50 or higher

all of our phones.... because of that rebate thing too, we now have no free phones, but i'm still upset about that price increase of the 6100 over all the other inferior phones.

🤭 It actually a little embarrassing to have to say "no im not kidding this is our holiday promotion" Jeez at least throw us a bogo or something.... OUR numbers are going to be so sad come results of the fourth quarter. Ive had so many multi line accts. walk out on me. GET WITH IT USCC

Yeah, so USCC just got recognized for "overall satisfaction" by J.D. Power & Associates. Obvoiusly, no one surveyed these customers on phone selection or pricing! 😲
