to set the recond straight on this phone, ev do is in testing with uscc. it is due to be launched sometime in the second half of 2006. this means that the e815 will be available at that time and will probably be the launch phone. hope this clears things up.

Sounds like a one year contract is the best bet for now. By this time next year USCC should have some nice phones.
