Anyone who works for U.S. Cellular know the details of our service, and if we in-fact charge outside of our service area?

The details are that the service is $44.95 stand alone and $300 for the device. To piggy back it to a voice plan, the data plan drops to $39.95. The device still remains $300.
To answer the other question, the customer is not charged for data roaming outside of the local calling area in which service was activated. Yet, the only carrier that we have an agreement with for data roaming is currently verizon wireless. Since they have the largest network nationwide, I think that the customer will be able to get service most places. In the end, us cellular pays the roaming costs for the customer for the time being. It wil be subject to change once us cellular decides to charge the customer.
