Motorola desktop charger for v710

Hey there. I bought a desktop chager and 3 extended life batteries off of Ebay for my v710. The charger didnt come with a manual or anything but I figured how hard could it be. I put the proper insert into the rear section and insert a battery and connected it to my travel charger. Ive had one of the batteries in there for over 12 hours now but all the charger does is blink red. My old desktop charger would have a steady red and turn green when charging was complete. I can't find a manual online...could anyone possibly help me with this? When I put the battery in the phone and docked the phone it worked fine. 😕

I had the same problem. The reason was, I had a "y" connector (splitter) connected to the charger so that I could also charge my bluetooth headset. I got rid of that and everything was fine.

OK a little progress. I had the little plastic separator used for the slim battery out and put it in the end slot. It blinks yellow now. You must need that for the battery to seat properly. Weird.
