I've finally got AOL looking into the issue instead of just saying "It's U.S. Cellular's problem." I've been working with a rep at AOL who had been escalating my issue and she says she just ran across another U.S. Cellular customer having the same issue (no confirmation message when registering, not receiving SMS from AOL instant messenger).

Now that they're starting to realize that there is a problem, let's make a little noise. Hopefully the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
