AIM needs Additional Talktracker Access

I'm not sure if there are any techs out there, but if there are, what are the chances that we could get more info on AIM for talktracker customers?

70% of these customers don't have a clue what priceplan they are on and don't know how much they need to add.

To avoid leaving the customer with a negative balance, isn't there a way they cycle close and price plan could show up on AIM when we look up the accounts. PRC doesn't like to look this info up if there isn't an actual transaction taking place and lately customer service has had major hold times and its not worth the wait for such a minor issue.

This is just my 2 cents.

I agree I'd like to be able to help the customers more right from my computer and not having to call into customer service all the time thats a pain in the tush!

I definitely agree, seriously if I cant get through with PRC to know what the balance is, I just guess and hope their balance will be positive because it faster for me to reverse the payment through smartpay than to wait on the phone!
