I'm sure if you contact Nokia, they would tell you that they have plenty new 6255i's that they would like to sell, but are unable to because the Moto Razr is a greater deal, LOL!

Should've released it last year like they were supposed to...big mistake!

can't disagree there, but there's a lot of "chit" phones that are going to be out in the public world by the time moto gets done...far more than any Nokia phone unfortunately.

they dropped the ball and they're going to have to learn the hard way.

Just get a used one...there are plenty of those floating around that got exchanged for Razr's.

excuse me, but with the new phones that motorola is putting out with the new mini usb charging ports, their phones will blow away any of nokias garbage. besides, nokia is a gsm based carrier. remember that. stop clowning on nokia. motorola uses better screens too.

Yeah Moto makes great hardware. The problem is that they have NO FREAKING CLUE how to design a friendly, usable UI. So your phone can be as pretty and hardware rich as you want. But it will still suck if it's a pain to use.

Well both companies make good phones, but you all are jsut caught up in a brand war. Just like Chevy and Ford. They both make decent products it just depends on what your looking for, not what someone else thinks. If the phone has the features you like then get it. If not don't knock the next person for liking someting you don't, that's childish. Personal I like the 710 better than the razr. The 810 is way better. Now the next version of the razr is nice, but can't say anything about it until I've used it. Nokia and Moto are the most common household names in cellular. Just live with it.

You know what is funny? There is more USCC Razr phones on ebay than the 6255i. Which leads me to believe, the people who have this phone, like it.

Yeah, because someone would need to buy the phone before it can be resold as used.

Also, neary every big carrier out there carries the Razr and barely anyone carries the Nokia, so that really isn't a fair comparison anyways.

Don't get me wrong though, I prefer Nokia to Motorola, I'm just bitter about how long it took them to get the phone good enough to past testing.

You can blame the ANAL USCC Testers and the wonderful USCC Easyedge for that.

Hey they try to bring the consumer the best possible, just like every other carrier. Their trying to build on the fact that they like to give their customer's phones that will last and give you the features you need. i hate the fact that wireless providers in cluding USC disable features on phones to get them set right for their network. But thats life.
