Hey USCC; Time to Hire Some Call Center Reps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so, I've been on hold now for over 18 minutes just to get an early upgrade approved. By the time I get someone on the damn phone, the customer will probably be eligible for the upgrade anyways...she only has 3 weeks left; chances are that I'll still be on hold.

btw - earlier this morning, I asked them why the hell it takes so long and they said it was due to E911...thanks FCC! Here's a big F U!
