Jack's Letter

pugbeecell

Mar 7, 2006, 1:42 PM
To all actual USCC employees, keep in mind we should be keeping our confidential information actually confidential. This is per that email that was sent out yesterday. Of course helping our Customers is our top priority & we can continue doing this without releasing sensitive information. Even telling non-employees which phones are currently in testing is NOT delivering true I.C.E.

Let's use the Nokia 6255i as an example. This phone was pushed back for release a couple of times. Now, what about those customers that heard about this phone before it's release & were also given a release date? Boy oh boy, were they disappointed when it didn't come out "on time" like they were expecting. Believe me, I heard many of these complaints fir...

What's so wrong with Corporate? I've enjoyed all my interactions with every person I've had the opportunity to work with at our Corporate Office (none of which included kiss-@ssing!). Our company has great people who work as a team to put our Customers first.

I would insult you, but then I'd be sinking down to your level & I don't intend on stooping that low...

Nothing at all is wrong with corporations but you some bored lonely sales rep. posting that ppl on here shouldn't be releasing new phs or whatever just kinda reminds me of that kid in the 3rd grade that tattle tales just so he can be the teacher's pet. Also, I wasn't insulting you I actually was asking you if you were the corp. kiss ass type which by your reponse says you are it's okay you can go tell corp. people on phonescoop called you an ass kisser

Hmm... Maybe you could use a 3rd grade refresher course since you actually didn't ask a question. Throwing on some ??? at the end of a statement really does NOT turn it into a question.

Again I'm not insulting, that'd be a little too easy... lol !!

And get it straight, I don't even work at a store. 😛

Actually ass clown it is you that needs a refresher course! Depending on the way I phrase determines if it's a ?. if i was actually able to speak it rather than type it.
I know you don't work at a store your probably gonna tell me your John Rooney himself right. You just figured you'd take the time out of your day to post on PS. and remind your employees how to conduct themselves.
Now I am convinced you are a corporate ass kisser. Please do not stick your tongue out as it may contain diseases from all the asses you lick to get ahead. 😎

Name calling is for little people and I mean this figuratively, not literally. I guess you've proved to everyone just how teeny you really are. Aww.. sad isn't it?

😲

It surprises me that you continue to prove your lack of intelligence, and it doesn't even seem to bother you in the least.

BTW - it's "you're" not "your"... You're is a contraction dear, short for "you are". Here's a little excerpt from your previous posting, because I'm fairly confident you wouldn't have the slightest idea what I was referring to:

You did it TWICE in the same sentence, so you can't even blame it on a typo!! FYI, "your" is used when something belongs to someone. Maybe you skipped school all together? Not sure, but like I said before & I...

I cant believe that the best comeback you have is to criticize my grammar in an online form. Now that is truly sad. I am now done with this entire conversation as you have been unable to do much more than prove to me what an idiot you are! You may go be a snitch, tattle tale or corporate ass kisser without any further interference from me. Thanks good luck in all you do

pugbeecell. You need to stop trying to stir up stuff. All its doing is making everyone here in the forum not want to talk. We talk to help each other out with I.C.E. weather that include disclosing info. that is already available on many FCC websites. Now I think you should go kiss @ss elsewere.

Doesn't phonescoop have moderators to lock threads like this down? This is why I go to Howard Forums for real info and discussion and come to PhoneScoop for a good chuckle.

Put it like this, if you are so upset that we are leaking info then complain to uscc and tell them to send a memo out to make us stop talking to potential customers, current customers, employees, and competitions employees. When I get the memo I'll stop typing.

Jayhigh there does NOT need to be a memo about NOT telling the public certain information. It is a GIVEN anybody with professional maturity would know and understand that. It is not neccessary for the sake of the company to talk about certain discusions and changes on here until it actually happens. It makes you and the company look bad

so how many more people can bitch about the postings surrounding the Nokia 6255i.

The fact is that USCC and Nokia dropped the ball on that one. It wasn't a couple threads on phonescoop that got the public all riled up about it.

USCC started throwing that phone in our face a year before it was released and Nokia started airing commercials for the damn thing 6 months before it launched, so don't blame phonescoop for starting the customer complaints.

Also, the forum is mostly used by associates anyways. Sure, some customers come here for information, but the vast majority of people on this already knew about the letter and are only on here to complain about how poorly it was handled in the first place.

If you want to point some bl...

most of the time the ceo of a company would not spend any time on a forum like this. 😁

Actually just the opposite. If I'm the ceo of a company I want ot know what people think and I'll be checking any places I could to get that type of feedback. Think about it if you sell stuff to the public then who are you going to try and get your feedback from. The people that are brown nosing you or the people that will give you their real opinion. Think about it
