Hmmm.. used phones are phones another customer has returned to the store with 30 minutes or more of talk time, which we sell for 50% off the full retail no-contract price. Apparently your math isn't all that great, since we know the LG 6100 is $299.95 full price, so half of that is about $150. Yet you say USCC pays $207 for that phone. Let me know if I'm wrong, but i swear $150 is LESS THAN $207, but you say either phone used is sold more than cost.
