50% of the time:

"I got this thing in the mail, i guess i have to upgrade my phone"

50% of the time:

"I'm here to cancel my service, i called in a couple of weeks ago and they said i had to renew my service"

"You don't have to any longer"

"Wish someone told me that before, whats the number?"

So are you saying customers w/E911 letter still cancel even after they find out they don't need to renew their service agreement? That sux

most of the time they have already purchased new phones, and are not really concerned about what company they have because they have had us cellular for a long time and dont know how bad the other services are as you get further away from the city.
