Another EasyEdge question...Thanks!

Why are some easyedge ringtone apps excluded with some phone models? For example: the KX9C disallows MidiRingtones...while order models of phones allow it.

I assume each phone model requires different software or programming or something. Developers would need to make different versions for each phone, apparently they don't.

but... that's just a guess 😕
