Anybody else being effected by the new policies?
These new policies are killing me and my customers. People I've had for a while can't get new lines and new people can't get signed up. I'm not gonna say which policies, but anybody that sales knows what I'm talking bout. I just want some feed back on if it's effecting you.

Yeah we are having the same problems in my area. it makes us look like fools in front of the customer... especially when they are upset and already had to verrify themselves with us...

I don't think I am as affected as you because I haven't really noticed a change in any of the calls I have made. The only time was when they were taking too long to credit something to a customers account so the customer walked away they told me they did not have the ability to tell me if it was taken care of without the customer there.

I had a bad experience where I kept getting transferred between customer service and relations and PRC and than back to customer service and the lady was already really frustrated but wasnt mad at me. So she had been there for a half an hour and I was in AIM on her account and she was fully verified. When I finally got a rep after being on hold for a while the rep was definetly not trusting me and after I verified ss and name and billing address and home number and then she was like "excuse me i need to talk to the customer" without asking what I needed. So the customer verified herself to the rep giving the same info I had given and then asked the customer why we had called so the customer was like " umm can she explain it ?" so i got th...
