we had issues early on, but everything works great now. i had used one for a while and the reception was great motorola seemed to have worked the all bugs out, all of my customers with them seemed to be pleased, as long as it newer its a solid phone

if someone is looking for a mid-high end phone with good reception, push it. i've never had anyone complain about it, outside the camera, but i believe that was corrected on the newer models.
