Question on Prepay...

itt

If a customer has prepay account and just wants a new phone, don't they have to pay full retail price for a new phone? I'm wondering if it's different at different store locations. I've had customers come in saying well this other store said I can get the phone for $60. And i'm thinking I don't think so cause you alrdy have a account. any ideas?

Talktraker customers can purchase any phone at new customer price as long as they put 30 bucks on their account.

Correct. One point of clarification. You have to purchase the phone at the same time you are making a $30 replenishment.

I don't know what the rules are where you are but here we can put $30 on Smart pay and then they can get a phone at the TT new activation price. Call PRC and I think they will corroborate. We have to put it on alert for reconcilliations, but yeah, I think you can do this.
