Ok cus comes into store wants battery's to a phone that stoped being manufactured before i was born. one of the old a** nokias . so i expl that we don't have any battery's for a phone that old, she told me she really liked the phone and (get this) tried to tape Duracell's together to make it work. and that i could order one or she could get a free phone under that E911 thing... then she got all pissy because i cant put a crd on her account for the months she hasn't been able to use her 20 year old phone, and her plan is only 13.95 a month..... what the hell do you say to this???? but wait more to come while reviewing the nots apparently she was ignored at a store for like 15 min (supposedly) so she cld up corp b*tched them out and got a $25 ...

oh, i didnt really get the post anyway. I am not bothered enough by customers to quit. When they demand stuff i cant do i just look at them blankly until they leave if they don't understand i can't do it...

It's not that clear cut. I tell them i can't do it and when they persist i look at them and say "I dont know how else i can say it" And then i blankly look at them until they leave.

i just threw away a phone (moto i think) that was laying around the store that took 3 AAA style batteries. the phone looked like a normal cordless phone, but it was a cell. i thought it was funny. it took a special battery though, regular AAAs wouldn't work (i tried)

Ahhh, yes...the Moto v2297; Motorola's first "peanut" phone and one of their biggest flops to date. I believe this was the phone that started my hatred for them...but it continually progressed with time 🤣
