Wow, some people are so hard headed, first he asks about a free phone, so i tell him in order to get a free phone he needs to get a 3 months of UNL EE. So he says no. Next i ask him what plan he would be going with after i explained all the plans, he's like well aren't you going to tell me? In my head I was like wtf. So i tell him again and he choses a plan and i'm like you don't want EE and blah blah blah, and now i'm telling him what comes w/ the plan and before I can finish he just says NO. and i try again NO...and NO NO NO NO NO NO....i'm like sir listen up, i'm trying to tell YOU what comes with your plan. I usually hate raising my voice at customers, but sometimes GHOFDJKFDSFHJF JKDFKJDBUOYEBR&*)# VB&($#^$(&#(*& 👿

I'm sorry, honey. I've had whole entire weeks of customers like that! My favorite one was the one that came in and said "I get a free phone now, I got a letter that said it was time to renew!" It took 45 minutes to get it through her head that the only way she was going to get a free phone was to get easy edge and it wasn't going to be a camera or bt that way!

When a customer is dense, they are really dense around here. Plus, I believe that people around here think that if they keep acting stupid and raise their voice while asking the same questions over and over, I will give them what they want. My favorite thing to do is to turn my computer screen around to them and hand them the keyboard and say, "well if you can get it typed in, you can have it on your account" I can't type anything into AIM unless it is memos and I never let them see that page. It usually shuts them up.
