Its on the OLR. It says "Project Heartland Implementation Site Coming Soon!"

I'm guessing that "Project Everest" is going to change everything from what we're all used too and once that bombs, "Project Heartland" is going to change it all back to what it was before.

Either that or "Project Heartland" is code for "Project Verizon" or "Project Alltel" lol

If only it would have something to do with upgrading the service to EV-DO and giving better high end phones from LG or Nokia.

Verizon already had EV-DO. Once the signs change, the technology will too.

You mean, once everyone else is abandoning EV-DO, US Cell will pick it up and say, "Hey look! Shiny!"

On a side note, it doesn't matter what the big V has...they still suck.

Oh, Forever More! These rumors have been running around for years and nothing has ever come of it. In fact, didn't someone suggest that Everest was, in fact, a code name for a Verizon takeover a few months back? Geez, I hope it's an EVDO or something upgrade, I'm tired of my customers asking when they can get tv and movies on their phones!

It is nothing that wasn't known. It just gives information on the transition of the CellularOne areas that were purchased in Nebraska and Kansas. It will be pretty cool to have that area in the local plans later this year.
